First thing's first, you're missing D-Shot.
That, along with Savage Shot are extremely versatile, as they are extremely powerful.
Savage Shot can be took off your bar, as can D-Shot, but you'd be quite mad to take it off your bar.

Whirling Defense is bad, Lightning Reflexes has a shorter recharge, and also grants you an IAS.

If you have Nightfall, Natural Stride is highly recommended as at 10 spec, it's upkeep is 50%, and it's essentially the strongest block stance in the game.

Now, your elite is extremely bad, use something over it, such as Broad Head Arrow (Undoubtably the best elite you can bring in PvE.)
You're also wasting a skill slot on Troll at 3 spec.

Anyway, do you have access to Nightfall or Prophecies and not only GW:EN and Factions?
